In the Lecina Square (“Plaza de Lecina”), an old school has been converted into a small and intimate space where the natural and cultural value of the region of Bárcabo, is made known through information panels and a documentary: the canyon of the River Vero, the prehistoric cave art, the urban settlements, the mountain huts and the local legends. You will also find out about Antonio Peñart, who throughout his life showed great affection and admiration for Lecina. There are models of popular architecture designed by Antonio Peñart exhibited in the museum.
